The gift of interpretation is a gift of life. It’s the gift of explaining people’s lives to them. It’s like painting a picture of what people are going through and placing them in the middle of the image.
People want to understand what is happening in the world. The gift of interpretation allows us to enter into their lives at the point where they are hurting. This is precisely what Jesus did!
