Two Simply Yet Powerful Words of Truth- ‘Jesus Cares!’

“Give all your worries and cares to God, for He cares about you.” (1 Peter 5:7)

How many people today need to hear these two words? People who rush through life struggling, burying their pain, asking – who really cares about me and my stuff? God does!

Jesus cares about all the situations that we’re facing (and wondering at their outcome). He cares about the losses and the pressures that we juggle. Jesus cares about all that we hold in our hearts – all that we push down and hope will go away and yet doesn’t, and all that threatens to consume and overwhelm us. He cares about the loneliness and the fear in our hearts. He listens with a love that is greater than any other we will ever experience. Jesus cares!

Lord, open our hearts today to receive Your love, and let us experience the comfort of Your care, in Jesus’ Name, Amen!
