Self-care and healing.
Our refusal to deal with our painful past, is only causing our failure in our present and future. This is why we must to make SELF-CARE and HEALING a priority not for others, but for ourselves. Your wholeness matters to God, and it should matter to you.
How I can help others, when I can’t even help myself? How can I be good to you, if I’m no good to myself? Remember, Jesus said, “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
We have got to move beyond our pain into healing. Move from unforgiveness into forgiveness. Move from brokenness into wholeness.
If you don’t, you’ll remain wounded and unconsciously sabotage good relationships.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jer 29:11)
